& BALANCE

ACCAT aims to support people of all ages with an intergenerational technique focused on building community centered spaces inspired by creative dynamics, practices, and experientials that support connections to the self and others. Walk (Dance) in your truth while nurturing the body, mind & spirit. We embrace the Afro Diasporic experience and we hope to create space that honors story and body memory evoking pride and joy.

CYPHER/BATEY

The vital circle. The cycle of ideas. The cornerstone of the restorative process. The root of Afro-Caribbean art making.

BODY MIND SPIRT

Our story, visible, connected, valued. Space free of judgement in support of transformation. A genuine-radical relationship with the self. Incited by integrity that nurtures critical thinking. To move in connection with the greater community.
